Extracts of Neopuntia Leaves
It is a cactus widely consumed in Mexico, also known as nopal or prickly pear. This plant contains vegetable fibers which, coming into contact with the lipids contained in the stomach after a meal, have the ability to turn into a gel that coats them. A natural mass composed of absorbed fats and plant gel is formed. It is too compact and too thick to be absorbed by the body and is therefore rejected by natural means.
Neoputia is rich in amino acids (18, in the form of highly digestible proteins) as well as in vitamines (A, B1, B2, B3, C and K) and minerals (copper, potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese and iron).
White bean seeds
Phaseolamin, a natural derivative of white bean (Phaseola vulgaris) which inhibits the enzyme alpha-amylase. This enzyme digests starch present in food and transforms it into glucose.
